Strength & Conditioning

At Full Throttle Fitness our classes are one hour group sessions led by our experienced coaches. This program will provide:

  • Moderate intensity warm-up and mobility to prepare the body for the workout;
  • Skill work to break down the movement of the day
  • Strength work in various ways including functional and Olympic weightlifting
  • Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) – this is the conditioning aspect of the class that combines gymnastics, running, jumping, squatting, kettlebells, Olympic weightlifting, etc. for an allotted period of time or number of rounds.
  • Cool down session to stretch and recover and prepare for tomorrow
