At Full Throttle Fitness our classes are one hour group sessions led by our experienced coaches. This program will provide:
Moderate intensity warm-up and mobility to prepare the body for the workout;
Skill work to break down the movement of the day
Strength work in various ways including functional and Olympic weightlifting
Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) – this is the conditioning aspect of the class that combines gymnastics, running, jumping, squatting, kettlebells, Olympic weightlifting, etc. for an allotted period of time or number of rounds.
Cool down session to stretch and recover and prepare for tomorrow
