Monday’s at home workout, it’s supposed to be nice outside so get out and move! Hopefully you own your own jump rope. If not, hopefully you asked Santa. If not…what are you even doing with your fitness!?!
Warm-up:
20 Lunge steps with a twist
20 Hip openers (raising the knee in front and opening out wide)
20 Spidermans
800m Run
then, after 1′ cool down
60 sec sumo squat hold
Skill Work:
10′ Double Unders OR Single Under Speed Work
Met-Con:
Running Annie
400m Run between each round (total = 1600m)
50-40-30-20-10
