Recall your goals for the year and verify if your choices are supporting or hindering you from meeting and defeating those goals. Reminder we will be open on Memorial Day from 8 – Noon to remember and honor all who have served for our Freedom. “Murph” will be done in heats and burgers and dogs will be served at Noon for those who would like to stick around and hang out. Invite your friends and families to join us! They do not have to complete the workout but they do have to root you on as you embrace the challenge!
