Furor-19, Week 3, Day 2
Please take a look at this on-line fundraiser event put together by Strength & Conditioning to benefit the small boxes. It would be great to see a big group of our amazing athletes compete in this on-line only fundraiser. There is no cost to participate, but you may donate to your box. The first workout will be released on Friday April 3rd! You will be able to sign-up at any point during the competition (3 weeks long).
