REST DAY & CFG 19.2 WOD Announcement!!
Join us at 7pm for the live announcement as we watch them introduce the workout from Berlin, Germany. We will discuss methods to attack the workout, go over standards, and see what to expect as athletes from Europe take on the workout live.
Remember to stretch today and try to have an active rest day. If you are coming in to watch the announcement, stop in early to get on a rower, bike, or ski for 20 – 40 minutes to flush out the lactic acid built up in your muscles.
