Rest Day / Prep Day for The Open!!

The Strength & Conditioning Games 19.1 workout announcement will be at 7pm! Please join us as we will watch the announcement and watch live as athletes take on the workout, then we will discuss methods as well as the standards for the movements.

Friday evening we will be providing Smoked Ribs & Wings from Russellville’s Townhouse Smoked Barbeque & Catering. Feel free to bring a side dish (not required), family, friends, and kiddos will be able to hangout in their space. We want the atmosphere to be hype for everyone taking on 19.1!

Get some rest. Hydrate. Sleep. And if you have the ability to come in Thursday evening to flush your muscles out by getting on a bike, rower, or skierg for 20-40 minutes. This will help your body repair itself for Friday.
