If you have any questions, visit the page, talk with your fellow athletes, and feel free to ask us! We hope the community will join us in the 5 week competition. Now before you think, a competition…, or oh I’m too new, or I can’t do this or that, or any other lame excuse you can make, hear us out. It’s competing in something hundreds of thousands of others are taking on each weekend. You can see how your fitness improves each year in your age group, skill level, scaled level, etc.. You will push yourself harder than you thought possible, only because it’s you fighting against you and the clock. You will prove to yourself, I can keep moving. I am capable. I am strong. Although most of our community is new to the Open, do not let that be the reason you don’t sign up.

Here’s how the week will go down.
Mon thru Wed: Normal class times and WOD’s
Thursday: Open Gym and Games 19.1 Announcement! We hope as much of the community that can will come out and join us in watching the live announcement to see what we have to take on Friday!
Friday: All classes will do the Open WOD. Those in the games will have to be judged.
